President Murmu Inaugurates IGNOU Regional & Skill Centre in Odisha’s Rairangpur

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has taken a major step towards strengthening skill-based education in India. President of India, Droupadi Murmu, inaugurated a new IGNOU Regional and Skill Development Centre in Rairangpur, Odisha.
